Our training programs include a variety of disciplines such as Pilates Reformer & Mat, Strength and Conditioning, Cross Training, Yoga, Functional Training, EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation), Calisthenics, and Performance Training. Additionally, we provide specialized preparation courses for candidates aspiring to join military academies, schools of physical education (S.E.F.A.A.), and security forces.
